Proxemics Research

My research focuses on understanding how people and systems interact within operational environments. I specialise in analysing workflows, user behaviour, and spatial interactions to uncover opportunities for value growth, efficiency, and long-term adaptability. Using a combination of academic research, computational tools, and self-developed analytical frameworks, I assess existing environments and processes to deliver detailed audits or tailored strategies. My work examines performance and behaviour over time (weeks, months, or years) allowing me to determine flexibility, resilience, and optimization potential, ensuring your spaces, systems, and operations consistently support growth, profitability, and sustainable impact.

Systems Design

Together with a team of fractional C-suites, corporate governance specialists, and M&A advisors, we provide comprehensive strategic planning across both operational and financial dimensions.
